The app licence

The iPad app is licensed to you through the App Store under Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement, unless the App Store product page shows a different agreement. Read Apple's standard EULA.

Purchases

The free version limits how many songs and setlists you can add. A single in-app purchase removes those limits for good. There is no subscription. Payment, Family Sharing, refunds and restoring a purchase on another iPad are all handled by Apple under the App Store terms.

Your content

You keep every right to the audio and notes you import. You are responsible for having the rights you need to use that material, and for keeping your own backups of it.

Using it on stage

Audio software and the hardware around it can be affected by faulty files, operating system events, batteries, cables, interfaces and settings. Run Soundcheck and test the complete rig before you rely on it in front of an audience. To the fullest extent the law allows, Your legal entity is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from an interrupted performance.

What is written here may change as the app develops. Do not reuse Click Left's name, branding, screenshots or site material beyond what the law allows without asking first.

Apple and iPad are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions. App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc. Other product names on this site belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version appears here with a new effective date.
